SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
It can take up to 7 working days before your order is posted. If you need your order by a specific date please let us know.
If you are not in to take delivery of your parcel, it is your responsibility to arrange a redelivery with the postal service used. If you do not arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel from the depot, and it is returned to Alice Cannatella then we will have to charge you to post it out to you again.
UK Orders
Orders can take 2 - 5 working days to arrive once the order has been sent. In rare cases it can take a bit longer, especially during busy times of year. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days please get in touch.
Returns
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your online purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. To return any items you must contact us in writing by sending an email to alicekcannatella@gmail.com
We will only accept the return of item/s if they are in unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging or packaging of the same quality.
You are responsible for the shipping to the gallery. All artwork is sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
